Warranty is considered about products quality, not covering any damage caused by using or by bad using of it. The company recommend to our customers to bring us jewellery regularly for a check: our goldsmiths will overhaul and clean it.
Gioielli di Valenza S.p.A. is the official dealer of all the Brands in its catalogue, therefore all products that can be purchased will be accompanied by an official Manufacturer's Warranty valid for 24 months. The company undertakes to provide its customers an updated list of the Authorized Service Centers for each brand.
The Customer has a period of 30 (thirty) days to withdraw from the receipt of goods.
Within this deadline, the customer must notify to the company the desire to withdraw from the contract with one of the following methods:

Pursuant to Article 56 of Legislative Decree 206/05, Gioielli di Valenza will refund all payments within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the customer's right exercitation, excluding delivery costs, in any case the customer will pay any costs as a consequence of refund.
For purchases made by bank transfer payment will proceed to be refunded by bank transfer.Gioielli di Valenza may withhold the refund until receipt of the product.
For purchases made by Credit Card, the refund will be a reversal of the transaction directly on the card.
For purchases made by PayPal payment, the refund will be made by crediting the customer's card.
Customer has the opportunity to fix size of bracelets, watches or rings. In this case, the Customer must send an email to email@example.com where he must indicate the size of his wrist or finger.
In cases of custom-made products, shipping times can take longer than two working days.
The right of withdrawal is EXCLUDED, pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 2, letter c, of the Consumer Code, as it is Custom Products.
- The products must not have been used or modified.
- Conditions must not show signs of wear, abrasion and scratches.
- The accompanying card must be intact and not separated from the object.
- The product must be accompanied by the enclosed warranty.
- Any gift pack will in no case be refunded.
